Matthew Smith

I’m a Project Manager with 20 years of “in the trenches” experience, ranging from the technical world of print to global programs for HSBC. But if you ask me what I actually do? I fix communication.
I specialise in taking the “messy” parts of a project—the missed KPIs, the endless meetings, and the broken promises—and straightening them out. I’m known for being the one who rolls up their sleeves and works through the night to solve a procurement crisis or a reporting snag. I’m straight with my stakeholders because I believe honesty is the only way to get a project back on track. My personal record? Turning a failing HSBC program around and shrinking a bloated two-hour meeting into a concise, 10-minute update.
Outside of work, I’m a parent, a cat (and dwarf hamster) lover, and a martial artist. Whether I’m practicing Tai Chi, training in Hap Gar Kung Fu, or admiring the precision of an Aston Martin—a passion I picked up from my dad—I’m always looking for that perfect mix of discipline and performance.

Natasha Stankevitch

I co-founded Smith and Stankevitch Consulting Limited (SSC) because project management isn’t just what I do — it’s what I genuinely enjoy.
As a Black Belt Six Sigma practitioner, I bring a structured, data-driven approach to every project I take on. I thrive in the detail — the budgets, the stakeholder conversations, the problem-solving, and the operational fine-tuning that turns a plan into measurable success. I enjoy getting into the “nitty gritty,” understanding how every moving part connects, and ensuring nothing is left to chance.
I work with clients across industries, from construction to hospitality, providing clear leadership, strong communication, and steady control from initiation through to completion. For me, project management is about ownership, accountability, and delivering results properly — not just ticking boxes.
Outside of work, I’m someone who values focus, precision, and a bit of adrenaline. I’ve been riding motorbikes for nine years and still love the discipline and awareness it demands. I’m also a proud dog owner — currently with two — and when I switch off, you’ll often find me building Lego sets or playing on my Xbox. I’ve always enjoyed systems, strategy, and building things that work — whether that’s a complex project plan or something creative at home.
At my core, I’m driven by structure, problem-solving, and seeing things through to completion — in business and in life.
